I’ve been a long time collector of words and phrases from books as I’ve read over the years.
I still have a notebook from when I was a student in primary school that holds multiple quotes and phrases, mostly from Christopher Pike books.
I don’t know why but I’ve always been fascinated by the way writers weave words together.
While reading Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel today, I came across three words that I wanted to save to my word bank. Instead of writing the words down in a notebook along with the definition from my Kindle, I wondered if I could use Tana’s AI generated fields in a table to get the definition and some word usage examples.
The AI generated the following field suggestions: definition, etymology, synonyms, antonyms, usage examples and related words.
I decided to go with the definition, synonyms, usage examples and added my own fields for the quote that the word was sourced from and the book.
